On June 27th 2010 in Bloemfontein, South Africa, we witnessed the most compelling argument ever that the use of video technology should be embraced by FIFA and every national FA. 40,000 fans in the stadium saw it: millions around the world saw it: even Sepp Blatter was there to see it in person.
